Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
When Will My Order Ship?

Address Changes
We’re unable to change the delivery address once an order is already in transit. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@everalyn.com
Order Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has shipped, we’re happy to accept cancellations before dispatch. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy for further assistance.
Damaged Packages During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@everalyn.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we kindly ask that you include a photo or video of the damage when reaching out to our support team.
